Should we repair buidlings before we demolish them too?

A FB friend (Francie) had this story on her page today- headline is-

Ga. execution delayed after suicide attempt

WTF?
The Georgia Supreme Court delayed the execution Tuesday of a convicted killer(Brandon Joseph Rhode) who attempted suicide hours before he was to be put to death by injection.

Actual quotes from the story-
"He’s utterly terrified and just hopeless," said Kammer.(Rhode's lawyer) "He was very morose, frightened and subdued. This was a product of him just being in terror, of losing hope altogether."

Seriously?

The guy was convicted and sentenced to death because he killed a father and his two kids during a botched robbery of their home. He's been on death row for 10 years!

Him commiting suicide saves Georgia taxpayers some $$$-IMO.

Such a colassal waste of time and resources!!!
